HEAD COACH

With over a decade of lacrosse coaching experience, Mike is passionate about teaching the fundamentals of the game while fostering teamwork and sportsmanship.

SARAH SMITH

ASSISTANT COACH

Sarah played collegiate lacrosse and now inspires young players to reach their potential through skill development and strategic gameplay.

TOM BROWN

DEFENSIVE COACH

Tom specializes in defensive strategies and is dedicated to guiding players in understanding the importance of defense in lacrosse.

A former collegiate goalie, Lisa trains our goalies with techniques to improve their skills and confidence in the net.
